Need help with a return? Get in touch before sending your items back so we can confirm the next steps for your order.

Request a return

Use Contact Us and provide your order number, contact details, delivery address, and the products you would like to return. Describe the reason for your request and include details of any damage or incorrect item.

Return instructions

Customer support will review your request and provide the applicable return instructions. A prepaid shipping label may be provided by email. Please use the instructions supplied for your order; do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address.

Pack your items

Pack the items securely in a shipping box with the original packing list. If a label is supplied, print it, attach it to the sealed box, and hand the parcel to the carrier identified in the instructions. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking details.

Refunds

After a return is received, allow up to 14 business days for a credit to be applied to the original payment method. Contact us with your order and return tracking details if you need an update.
