Shipping Policy

Here is what to expect while your haircare essentials make their way to you. Available destinations, delivery charges, and shipping options are shown at checkout.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery usually arrives within 7–14 business days from the purchase date. Standard orders may take up to 72 hours to process. These timeframes are estimates; actual delivery can vary by destination and products ordered.

Processing your order

Orders placed after 11 am Pacific / 2 pm Eastern generally begin processing on the following business day. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. For weekend or holiday orders, estimates begin on the next business day.

Other shipping options

Expedited and express shipping are not currently offered. Large orders may require additional processing time. If extra time is needed, we may contact you using the phone number or email supplied with your order.
